This is a METCON style class, but don’t let that scare you! Metcon is short for metabolic conditioning which put simply just means it’ll raise your heart rate and increase your overall fitness - see nothing to be worried about! 

Each week you can expect a mix of all different exercises on multiple stations - kettlebells, cardio, body weight etc - a full body workout!

Will you sweat? Yes. 

Each and every exercise can be scaled and adapted to your own abilities, get fitter at your own pace! High energy, high intensity and an overall good laugh to get your full body workout in!
