The class is smooth and gentle and will build strength and flexibility thought relaxing yoga flows that will encompass all abilities. The sessions will connect each pose to the next through deep breath work, creating a smooth energising flow that will build on strength and flexibility. The slow movements and deep breathing will promote blood flow and warm up muscles. The lengthening of the muscles will assist in full body mobility and flexibility.
