He'll focus on burning calories, developing your fitness levels, and, most importantly, having fun. This class is open to all fitness and experience levels; the only things you need to bring with you are a towel, a drink, and a sense of humour. His music is an eclectic mix of new releases, mixed genres, and remixes of old favourites so there’ll be something for everyone.
