POWER PILATES

Ruth has taught Pilates for 6 years and says it is the finer pelvic movements, stability and strength through control, that make the bigger day to day tasks or gym workouts more manageable. 


Power Pilates is a class that she has developed based on the APPi framework but also adding in some power movements. A class designed to improve your core, pelvic health, and posture, as well as incorporating strength and stability challenges for the upper and lower body. 


Expect for some exercises to breath calmly, and others to break a sweat.


Adaptable for ALL fitness levels.
