WOD = Workout of the Day

WOD is one of the gyms longest running classes due to it's popularity. It comprises of high intensity interval training, that involves strength and conditioning exercises. 

Each session is varied, ranging from bodyweight to barbells, kettlebells to dumbbell's. Targeting an all over body workout that will leave you in a sweaty mess!

This class is definitely one you can push yourself to your limits, but if you are new to the gym or the class, don't let that scare you as everything can be scaled down.
